Campaign that wonderful prize hits other than entrance ticket (20 sets of 40 people) of prospects facilities "SHIBUYA SKY" of Shibuya scramble square to open on Friday, November 1, 2019 when we touch "#helloneoshibuya" and post spot of Shibuya feeling "neo SHIBUYA" which responds, and photographed "HELLO neo SHIBUYA" formula Instagram by yourself on Instagram!

Application method

 

Step①
We respond in official Instagram "HELLO neo SHIBUYA" (@ hello_neo_shibuya)

Step②
We shoot photograph and video of Shibuya who featured the theme of "neo SHIBUYA"

Step③
We soak hashtag "#helloneoshibuya" and post on Instagram

 

 

Present

 

Entrance ticket (20 sets of 40 people) of fine-view facilities "SHIBUYA SKY" of Shibuya scramble square to open on Friday, November 1, 2019, other premiums.

 

 

Lottery method

 

・Election performs fair examination from person who had you apply at the #helloneoshibuya campaign administration secretariat (called "our secretariat" as follows) and decides elected candidate.

・Toward the elected candidate, I send successful notice by direct message of Instagram which had you apply. When it is not responded in official account at the time of notice dispatch, we invalidate the right.

・In the case of successful notice, please fill in the requirements about shipment than designated input form by direct message.

・Successful notice will inform only elected candidate in around the end of January.

・When we cannot send prize to information to have for prize shipment due to defect or contact inability, we may cancel election.

・Address of prize will limit to Japan.

・Shipment of prize plans around February, 2020.

・Successful right belongs only to elected candidate and prohibits that we do transfer, realization or other disposal to third party.

・We cannot answer inquiry about application result, successful confirmation and other selection at all.

・Application to this campaign needs, Instagram account.

・In the case of application, you confirm campaign details information such as application methods well in this campaign page, and please apply.

・As contribution from user account of closed setting and contribution that there is not designated hashtag are out of examination, please be careful. In addition, please apply after follow in official account.

・Application of contents which judged that our other secretariat including inappropriate photograph and video does not comply with purpose of this campaign should be invalidity.

・When third party appears in amateur pix, customer shall get consent of the third party concerned about contribution before contribution by all means.

・We announce about having legitimate right about your posting and amateur pix not violating copyright of third party, any right including right of likeness for our secretariat, and customer shall guarantee about amateur pix. About posted photograph, our secretariat does not take responsibility at all.

・We may use our secretariat, image which customer posted and text in campaign site and other media, events. It is indefinite and free, and we use image of customer and text for us and consent to reproduction, right to edit, and customer shall not use author's personal rights for act of third party who received us or our trust.

・Customer shall agree that our site top and applicant information (we include amateur pix, all information of contribution contents including personal account info of Instagram) in official accounts are used with application to this campaign.

・Even several times of one can apply for this campaign, but do election to once per person.

・When it is applied with the same image several times, only the first application becomes effective, and application after the second becomes invalid.

・We can apply for this campaign from smartphones, but may not apply with some models.

・People under 20, please apply after having obtained protector's consent.

・Access charge, communication fee required for application and other expenses are charged to customer

・This campaign is not sponsorship by Instagram.

 

 

Verboten

 

On application to this campaign, we prohibit the following acts. When we judge that our secretariat performed act that customer corresponds to below or act that might correspond, selection exclusion of contribution of customer, successful cancellation, deletion from this campaign site of contribution data and our other secretariat may take need and all measures to judge.

We will use personal information that had you provide our secretariat from participant in the range necessary for the following purposes.

In addition, we disclose personal information that had you provide to third party except duties trust point without agreement of participant and may not provide. (except case that disclosure was demanded from by laws and ordinances)
