We will carry out open call for participants about the Hachi-ko open space tourist information center "SHIBU HACHI BOX" advertisement support

　In Shibuya Area Management Association, "sightseeing" that is one of the activity items of our corporation utilizes "SHIBU HACHI BOX" which we opened in open space in front of Shibuya Station Hachi-ko in October, 2020 as facilities contributing to "we disseminate information", and, for tourists such as inbound to increase, administration, advertisement support company, our corporation cooperates and promotes creation of scenery which seems to be dispatch and Shibuya such as sightseeing information to people visiting Shibuya.

　We will carry out open call for participants about the advertisement support in "SHIBU HACHI BOX" after October, 2024.

(1) Offer contents

　The advertisement support

　※It is decided after discussion based on suggestion contents and sets concrete content of the support agreement.

(2) The support term of a contract

　It is said that term of a contract is as follows.

　The start date: October 1, 2024

　The end day: It is decided depending on suggestion contents

　※In term of a contract of suggestion, we assume unit in 2001 and do with up to three years for a minimum period of one year during the period.

　(interior work and restitutio in integrum construction become enforcement during term of a contract.)

　※It depends on document of updating the support contract from none of person of our corporation and support within six months before the expiration during period

　　When there is not declaration of intention, it shall become continuation update automatically for one year, and it is said that it is similar afterward.

　・Proposal participation application submission period from Monday, June 24, 2024 to Wednesday, July 31

　・Submission periods such as the support applications                  From Monday, July 8, 2024 to Wednesday, July 31

　・Examination (presentation)　　　　Friday, August 2, 2024 (we notify separately at time)
