　By the Shibuya station square area management, we carried out various activities for the purpose of turnout creation around Shibuya Station during redevelopment construction.

　In Tokyo, we make use of temporary walls of construction site developed in downtown and create attractive space by art and promote culture project "TOKYO CITY CANVAS" bringing about new scenery of city (we say "TCC" as follows). Tokyu which participated in Shibuya Area Management Council (one company of Shibuya Station block land readjustment project combination enforcer) applied for the furtherance program to affect TCC and received adoption this time. We received support of Shibuya-ku, and our corporation released art by Kosuke Ota at temporary wall in Shibuya Station west exit open space after cooperation as public-private cooperation project from August 18, 2025, too.

　Shibuya Station block West Wing construction temporary wall art project (we say "this project" as follows) that Tokyu promotes faces through art for problem that the cause of theme to "brighten ... Shibuya Culture Jungle - diversity", multicultural symbiosis, gender consciousness, the modern society including obstacle understanding hold.

　Kosuke Ota with sensitivity only by autosynnoia spectrum symptom creates art work and develops the view of the world by 2 step constitution of the first, the second. The first that was released this time chooses 15 points that featured the theme of the animals and plants from existing work of Ota and we keep provisionally and lay out in all. We are going to display new work which Ota actually visits Shibuya as for the second, and was drawn. The margin of city called temporary wall is under construction, and, through these works, it brings about urban space which can meet art in originality and bright color by work group which is full of colors of Ota.

　We sympathize with posture of town planning "town turning difference into power" which Shibuya-ku advocates and mind of diversity & ink roux John in the root and trunk deeply, and anyone stops foot incidentally and shows the way of the open community space that can meet story of others. Through art, we will realize town planning to breathe if diversity is natural from now on.
