The Shibuya station square that as car came and went at the station center, walker became hard to walk. We added up purchase amount of money in member of area management facilities in March, 2018 and built structure to use parking lot service depending on the adding up amount of money in all member facilities.

We utilized city reproduction promotion corporation system and built up space of rest that we lacked around Shibuya Station by installing cafe and advertisement to be able to make guidebook into in Shibuya Station basement open space in November, 2019 newly. In addition, with the cooperation of Shibuya-ku, it comprised powder room in public toilet. Profit provided in this open space is allotted to maintenance and town planning activity of open space.
